All Wedding Dresses

At last, I finally had time to finish up my first personal wedding article for the site and get it posted here. I’ve always loved the idea of theme and destination weddings - I guess I was a rebel even as a young girl - I never really dreamed about a white wedding in the local church with a big fancy reception. I always wanted to go somewhere exotic and different, or maybe let my fantasies run wild with a gothic wedding set in a gloomy old stone castle.

Well, the first time around I kind of partially gave into pressure from family and friends, though it was an outdooor wedding - in the open with beautiful grounds and living flowers all around. But the second time - now that was really different and later I’ll talk about that.

So I suppose it’s only natural that I wanted to write a short, encouraging piece about the new freedoms that give us more of an opportunity to indulge our own personalities and our own dreams when we decide what sort of wedding we want.
